North Korea

It seems that North Korea is the pitiful country, because it has a bad leader in Kim Jong-il, who is an autocratic and stupid representative of the country.　North Korea has no energy resources, and no major industrial products, so its economy is placed in a fatal situation. In the meantime, he takes the critical actions such as launching missiles and developing the nuclear weapons, but these activities break foreign support from the world, and are even against the suggestions of the United Nations. The media of North Korea reports that many countries of the world are likely enemies of them.　I visited South Korea decades ago. I watched the border area of the two nations. The soldiers are guarding there. According to the words of my Korean friend, the poles of lights that illuminate the broad highway are able to fold down automatically in order to use the roads as runway for military aircraft. In addition, on the way back to Seoul, I found monuments just like the arch of triumph in Paris. My friend said to me that it was constructed to stop military tanks invading from North Korea by setting huge blocks on the road by blowing the support posts of it with dynamite.　Most Japanese don't know this issue. South Korea is critical, but the feeling of Japanese is that it is a peaceful situation without such preparations for a future cruel war.
